- Celebrate the 50-year mission of the USCWRCFI through visual art
- Raise awareness and inspire action towards challenges on water resources
- Serve as an avenue for young artists to exhibit their skills

Eligibility and Registration
- Open to on-going students for any Undergraduate and Graduate Program of the University of San Carlos.
- Participant must be 18 years old and above.
- Participants must pre-register through the online form: bit.ly/uscwrcfi50_on-the-spot-postermaking
- Participants should present their School ID and sign their attendance and official waiver on the day of the contest.
- All participants should bring their own sketching and drawing tools for dry media only. Painting is not allowed.
Criteria for Judging
- Relevance to the Theme – 40%
- How well the artwork aligns with the contest theme to be announced on the day
- Creativity and Originality – 30%
- Uniqueness, innovativeness, showcases fresh ideas and personal expression
- Composition and Technique – 20%
- Skill in using forms, lines, shape, and space
- Online Votes – 10%
- The number of likes and hearts received on the official Facebook page for a period to be announced online.
